Governor Abiodun says Ogun Agro-Cargo airport to be ready December

Ogun State Governor, Dapo Abiodun, announced that the Agro-Cargo Airport project in the Ikenne Local Government Area is on track for commercial flight operations by December.

He stated this after inspecting the progress, mentioning that international aviation companies are eager for concessional operations.

The concession process is expected to be finalized in the next 30 to 45 days, allowing the state to recover the project costs.

Abiodun emphasized that this airport, built to global standards, is garnering interest from international operators, a testament to the state’s focused efforts.

He highlighted that their commitment and vision are yielding positive results in this venture.
