Sanwo-Olu, Abiodun, NASS members, others for Southwest legendary awards 

A foremost and award winning, event planning and management brand in the southwest region of Nigeria, DDMC EVENTS is set to award individuals and Institutions that have contributed to the development  of southwest, and Nigeria at large.

The iconic event tagged the Southwest Legendary Award will be recognizing 

top performing governors in the Southwest states, alongside some individuals and private organizations.

The sixth edition of Southwest Legendary Award 2023 tagged “Trophy Edition” grand finale is scheduled  to hold on  Thursday 7th of March MARCH  2024,  at the marque, Olusegun Obasanjo presidential library, Abeokuta the Ogun State Capital.

The convener of SLA Awards who doubles as CEO DDMC Events , Prince Taiwo GBADEBO, speaking to journalists noted stated that the year’s focus is on honouring, valuing, and celebrating great achievers and living legends who have excelled and made significant contributions to the local community, as well as  industries, local community, nationally and internationally.

The individuals to be recognized are ENGR. OLADELE AMODA, OTUNBA YEMI LAWAL, DR MRS OLUWATOYIN MADEIN , ADEWALE FAYEMI, ALH. AKANNI LAMEX, SEN SOLOMON ADEOLA, DR ADEWALE

According to Prince Taiwo, “The Award Board of Trustees  chaired by OTUNBA OLAIDE OKUNOLA is made up of esteemed personalities of unwavering integrity and cultured. 

Other members  of Trustees are Prince Wale Oyekoya (Bama), Mrs Bunmi Legunsen Windapo, and  Mrs Olabimpe Ogunyemi.

He added  that “ The Board of Trustees and management team of Southwest Legendary Award have perfected all the plans to make the award ceremony colourful and memorable in honour of deserving distinguished awardees who have contributed diligently and immensely to the society in various capacities.

The distinguished awardees are chosen through open nomination call and series of background checks.

This year edition is proudly supported by MTN, Belloxi, Nestle Nigeria, Shrubz Multimedia, and many more.
