She noted that she had watched the promoter, Amb.(Dr) Babatunde Adeyemo for a long time and came to the conclusion that โheโs not the type of developer who will collect peopleโs money and run away.โ
The former federal lawmaker and veteran Broadcast journalist added that she was particularly excited to see Adeyemo, a young Nigerian entrepreneur, doing great things, doing business and working very hard in the real estate sector to help create jobs and complements governmentโs efforts at addressing the nationโs housing deficit.
โWell done Mr Adeyemo, this is Pelican Valley in Ogun State. Iโm sure Nigerians in the diasporas will be interested in the projects. So, you will give us further details about it. We wish you great success.
โIt is nice to see young Nigerian entrepreneurs doing great things, doing businesses and working very hard. We are supposed to be good with our brothers and sisters in the diasporas and everywhere around the world. Hopefully, I should be able to buy one.
โI have watched him for a long time now and I think Iโm particularly interested in what heโs doing. Heโs not the type of developer who will collect peopleโs money and run away,โ she said.
At that occasion which had Adeyemo in attendance as a keynote speaker, Dabiri โ Erewa also solicited Nigeriansโ support for one another to keep Nigeria aloft for honours, while Adeyemo harped on the need for the diasporas not to wait until theyโve attained the retirement age before making plans to japada, or establish investment ties back home with their fatherland.
