Bobrisky sentenced to six months in jail with no option of fine

Cross-dresser Idris Okuneye, popularly known as Bobrisky, has been sentenced to six months in jail with no option of a fine.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) had arraigned Bobrisky in court on April 5 on a six-count charge, including abuse of the Naira and money laundering.

However, the court dismissed the money laundering charges but convicted Bobrisky for Naira abuse after he confessed to the crime and pleaded guilty.”
