Habib Okikiola, also known as Portable, has been charged with five counts of theft and assault in the High Court Ifo Judicial Division, Ifo Local Government Area of Ogun State, which is presided over by Chief Magistrate A.S. Shoneye.
Yet, the accused has pleaded innocent to those allegations.
In his decision on his counsel’s request for bail, the presiding judge set bail a bail of #800,000 for each of the three counts of charges: counts 1 and 2, which involve assault #500,000 and count 3, which involves the theft of musical instruments # 300,000

The court ordered that the surety must be a relative of his and a resident of the court’s jurisdiction who pays taxes.
Nonetheless, the court decided that Portable should be transferred to the Ilaro correctional centre pending the time his bail requirements are met.
The case has been adjourned to the 26th of April for the commencement of trial
