Wunmi, the widow of the late Mohbad, has penned an emotional tribute, expressing the profound impact of her husband’s passing on her life.
She writes, “The nights seem colder now, and the pain in my heart cuts deeper by the day.
Ilerioluwa mi, the cherished husband of my youth and the loving father of our child. I believe you hear me when I pour out my heart to you in the quiet of the night.
When I see Liam giggling with the same joy he felt when you throw him playfully into the air, I can’t help but feel that it’s your spirit at play. Is it true that you’re not coming back? Moh don’t sleep o, it’s not yet time to sleep. I miss you.”
Since Mohbad’s demise in 2023, Ogunwatch reports that there have been unending controversies surrounding the circumstances of his death. As of recent, Mohbad’s father and Wunmi, his widow, were reportedly in conflict over the paternity test of Liam, the deceased son.
