According to him, “I have been called to continue the heritage of my grandfather Pa Clement who died a long time ago.”

“I am privilege to continue this honourable lineage and I am grateful to the Alaye of Odogbolu and the Alaye in council, and for giving me this opportunity and I promise that with this honour bestowed on me and my family at large, we shall do of our best to continue, to further the well being of this community.

“We must remember our mother because she hails from here and her family has impacted greatly here and we the children also come here and invested severally here and we shall continue to do so because this is a heritage, this is our mother land, ijebu land is our mother land and our spirit lives here.”

While speaking on the plan for the youth and elderly in the developmental project, Hon. Adebutu said he has impacted positively in the lives of youths and aged adding that his immediate concern is to create a vocational work for young people.

His words “I have always said and I truly believe we must create prosperity. Sometimes it sounds harsh , but if there’s no money hunger must come and we cannot bring food for a lazy man, we must develop the culture of work to continue to invest in the creation of businesses.

“My immediate concern now is to create a vocational centre, so young people can see small scale trades and by so doing, they can be kind of independent and empowerment in the process. I have invested a lot in young people growing from small agricultural projects, for example I have encouraged young people to do small cocoa farms and they are very successful, also I am happy that some people were encouraged, small parcels of land and money to start the business and they’ve become sufficient.

“They’ve become millionaire in the process, I see them all round the place, I have encouraged young men that the amount of money you spent to go abroad and may become a second class citizens that you can actually come back to your villages, go back to your small towns in Ogun state to do some animal husbandry you will be surprised in 2 or 3 years that your life will be very sufficient.

“We must teach our youth some orientations about working and orientate them on how they shall be better for us all,” Hon. Adebutu concluded.
