Fatokun’s Endorsement of Teslim is Scam- Oyo AAC

The Oyo state chapter of the African Action Congress (AAC) has described the endorsement of APC’s Teslim Folarin by its runaway house of assembly candidate Fatokun Oludayo as scam.

The party state chairman Kayode Babayomi, while making this known in a statement made available to OgunWatch on Friday added that party remain a principle one and would never do such.

Babayomi disclosed that Fatokun Oludayo from Lagelu Constituency for the third time had absconded after defrauding the party of it’s hard-earned Campaign funds.

The statement partly reads: “ The run away candidate of our party at the House of Assembly with some unknown fake figures and individual endorsed Teslim Folarin of the APC.

“ This is the third time Fatokun who has since absconded after defrauding the party of it’s hard-earned Campaign funds, and neither campaigned nor has been relevant in the party is endorsing a Governorship candidate from our expelled Candidate Okedara Mojeed to Makinde, and now Folarin. Anyone getting scammed by this individual is also a fraud.

“ AAC remains a principled party that never genuflect on the altars of fallen gods. How can a reputable party like ours endorse a Teslim Folarin that kept COVID-19 palliatives in his house until the EndSARS protests exposed him? How can we endorse a know fascist whose underlining commercialized ideology is bereft of true ideas but valueless violence?

“Our party thank great Ibadan, Ibarapa, and Oke-Ogun people for standing by our House of Assembly candidates. We ask that you vote AAC- (Egbe Olowo) as we are third on the ballot paper. A new Oyo is not a rocket science. A new Oyo is very possible.” The statement concluded.
