How to apply for Ogun N1bn grant for small businesses

The Ogun State Government has started the second phase of the N1 billion grant to micro and small businesses.

The first batch distributed over N120 million to over 1,000 micro and small entrepreneurs across the state’s 20 local government areas.

Here, OgunWatch brings you a step by step process on how to apply for the second batch.

Conditions for Applicationsย 

* Payment for utilities such as water and electricity

*Electricity, Internet Service Subscription, and other expenses

*Payment of rent for the office, store, and cold room

*Payment of Salaries (Evidence required)

*Eligible businesses must be located in Ogun State.

*Have at least three employees.

*Been in business for at least two years

How To Apply: 

Firstly, log on to https://www.ngcaresbusiness.org/

1. Select Ogun State from the drop-down menu. Then click the “Go to Portal” button.

2. Then press the Apply button.

3. You will be prompted to fill out the following information:

Company name

*What kind of business is it? (General services/artisans, specialised services, agriculture (crop and livestock), transportation/logistics, trading, and manufacturing)

*What type of -? (You will be able to choose your specific business type here.)

How much money do you make each month (in naira)?

*When and in what year did you start your business?

*Business owner’s phone number

*Total number of staff

*Business owner’s first name

*Business owner’s last name

*Business head’s email

*The date of birth of the company’s founder.

*Business owner’s gender

*The current state of operation

*Business LGA

*Then, Click on Submit.
