Tinubu delivered this assurance during his meeting with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, held at the Presidential Villa in Abuja on a Sunday. He emphasized his unwavering dedication to ushering in a transformative era of governance in Nigeria.

Commenting on the recent Supreme Court ruling that validated his presidency, he mentioned that this verdict has finally put an end to the unnecessary distractions posed by his political adversaries.

President Tinubu stated, “I am aware that Germany has made significant progress in environmental preservation and modernizing energy systems to meet the demands of the 21st century, both globally and specifically in Europe. Nigeria, on the other hand, is still in the early stages of this journey, but we are resolute in our commitment to changing the narrative and instigating a transformational era of governance in our nation.”

He continued, “I am honored to welcome my friend, Olaf Scholz, to Nigeria, especially at this pivotal moment. Just a few days ago, the Supreme Court of Nigeria delivered its final verdict on our electoral process, putting an end to distractions. This enables us to concentrate more on governance for the betterment of our people and to advance Nigeria economically, ensuring a prosperity that safeguards our democracy.”
