In a press release issued today by the Ogun State Police Command’s Information Unit, the public has been urged to check the list of recovered vehicles at various police divisions and formations across the state. The announcement comes as part of the command’s ongoing efforts to curb criminal activities and return stolen property to their rightful owners.

The Ogun State Police Command encourages the public, especially individuals who may have lost vehicles matching the descriptions provided, to visit the respective police divisions and formations where these vehicles are currently held. Proof of ownership will be required for the release of any recovered vehicle.

In the same press statement, the Commissioner of Police reaffirmed the relative peace prevailing in Ogun State under their watch and pledged to continue the relentless fight against criminality. The Commissioner also emphasized the open opportunity for individuals willing to renounce their membership in various cult groups and disengage from criminal activities.

A call to parents and guardians was also made to sensitize and guide their wards away from crime and criminal tendencies.
